By using Unhold, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We have kept these terms short and human.

Unhold is a wellness companion for breakup recovery and detachment. It is not:

• A licensed mental health service
• A substitute for therapy or medical care
• A crisis intervention tool
• A replacement for human connection

If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or local emergency services.

By using Unhold, you agree to:

• Be 18 years or older
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not post hate speech, harassment, or harmful content in the community
• Not spam or impersonate others
• Not attempt to exploit or break the service

The anonymous community is here to support each other. We reserve the right to remove posts that violate our community standards, including hate speech, threats, spam, or content harmful to other users.

If you violate these terms, we may suspend or delete your account without notice. Most violations result in a warning first. We want this to be a kind place.

Unhold is provided as is. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the AI will always give the most helpful response. Use Unhold as one tool among many in your healing.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of Unhold after changes means you accept them.
